Preparing for the challenge

The first thing you’ll get access to is the lead challenge in the My Fundraising Love environment.
Here, you also directly get access to The Video with the Highlights of the book.

Week 1

Creating New propositions

We kick off with a webinar. 
After that, you will receive a new mission each week-day. The missions are private videos and exercises that will take you an hour per day.

In this first week you get everything you need to create your new propositions.  You'll also get tooltips benchmarking tricks and inspirational ideas to get you going.

And you'll get to know the other fundraisers in the challenge

Week 2

Setting up A/B tests

Week 2 starts with a Creativity Workshop. Based on this you will finetune your propositions.

Then, you get instructions
• how to create awesome ‘banners/ ads’ for paid advertising or on your website
• how to define how much traffic you need for your AB tests (the rule of 100)
• how to create or optimize the landingpages for your ads
• how to drive your colleagues wild from enthusiasm about your approach

Week 3

Finetuning & Going Live

This week is for finetuning your A/B tests.
 You get Personal Feedback about your new propositions.
You also get to pick Ewald’s brain and ask ANY question you have about Digital Fundraising and your A/B tests.

Of course, you'll also go live and start monitoring the tests.

Week 4

Celebration week

You’ll get exercises how to measure the test results and interpret the outcomes.

We’ll have a closing webinar to discuss your (preliminary) results.
